Mistakes in my order. They forgot my chips (but gave me the salsa) and made my tacos with flour tortillas instead of corn. Nobody acknowledged me when I came into the store. Terrible carry-out only / all digital ordering Chipotle.

I’ve never had an issue here until today. I can’t prove it but I absolutely feel the staff tampered with mine and my 4 y/o son’s food. I paid online and didn’t tip - because it’s digital kitchen. I had a bowl, and i got a kids meal for my son. I strongly believe, and again I can’t confirm, they severely salted my food because of lack of tip. I had a chicken bowl w the usual toppings and I literally couldn’t finish the chicken pieces, it was incredibly over salted. I tried my son’s black beans and genuinely gagged because of how overwhelming the salt was. He had a kids quesadilla and again, completely inedible. Even the damn rice was saltier than usual. What gives? We already have limited options here in this small town - now I have to worry about people messing with my food if I don’t tip at a DIGITAL KITCHEN?

The serving size is extremely small! Paid for double meat, received maybe 3 pieces of check and steak! The order was 26 dollars and literally got nothing out of it!
Food was fresh and tasted good, but there were several mistakes with my online order and it was very late from the stated pickup time.
It’s a grab and go place (digital kitchen). No seating inside, small waiting area.

Absolutely horrible service overall. This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The food is never fresh, the serving sizes are the smallest I have ever seen, and half of the time I don’t get the right order. Any time you ever ask for double or extra, it’s almost like they give you even less.
I have been ordering over the last three years, and it has never gotten better. Whoever runs this specific location needs to be fired. This location does not deserve to be called chipotle.

Every time we order from this restaurant, something is either missing or wrong. Today was the last straw when an entire other person’s order was delivered to us. Mind you, the process to get a refund is so exhausting you may as well open your own restaurant. Please go to American Burrito instead.

The worst to get the order wrong twice.
First time right bag, wrong food in bag. Maybe they are rushing.
Second time while in person to get correction the preparer just left out alot of my toppings. I don't think the one who actually prepared this cared. I was polite but when I opened it up in the store I knew then eating here was not happening. It doesn't take much to give patrons what they paid for let along the portion size it needs to be correct.
I know it's not the entire staff but they definitely need to ensure service gets better.
