I love this place!! It is grab and go and for my family that is perfect! We grab dinner here once a week and the staff are always awesome!! Often they are slammed but keep on getting orders ready as fast as they can!!!

This is a digital kitchen so you have to order online. The issue is, oftentimes this place gets very busy and when you set a time to pick up an order, the staff who is working extremely hard to catch up is incapable of meeting demand. I have often times waited 30 to 45 minutes past my order time to get my order. This particular time, they are over an hour behind on orders.

It is unacceptable that Chipotle does not have the ability for their online ordering system...
