Oh boy, we were happy to find this place. In the town next to West Point there were almost no restaurants open on Monday and what were open had no a/c or were very hot. Basically desperate we stopped at Hacienda but weren't happy because we had several previous Mexican meals on our week long trip. But from the friendly service to the excellent food we absolutely enjoyed this restaurant. It's was also a bit too warm but the dishes we had were excellent and more than made up for it. Not at all busy so I guess Mondays in early August are not busy in Highland Falls.

Waited sometime to place order. Lady whom took my order was also working the register. She seemed more interested in her phone than anything else.Food was good though.

I drive all the way from Harlem just for the nachos—and they’re worth every mile. Crispy, cheesy, perfectly layered, and always made with love. Hacienda, thank you for life. You’ve got something special, and I’ll keep coming back for it.
