In town for visit with extended family. We came here for lunch and were accommodated quickly. We were a party of 16! Service was impeccable and the food was delicious! The guacamole & pico de gallo were so fresh & tasty!! Highly recommend if you are ever in the area, stop in for some great food with excellent service. THANK YOU!!!!

Ordered food for delivery. Lady took my order and took down my address for delivery, she told me 30 minutes. Waited 2 hours and I started calling to see if my food would come soon and I had no answer. Went by the restaurant couple minutes after to find it that they had closed. No noticed that they could fulfill my order, nothing. No response from them at all. Very disappointed because their food is very good but not happy about what happened with my order that i never got.

After amazing time first time, we decided to go again on 11/22/25, we ordered and we waited 20 minutes for our food to arrived since they have one big table of around 20 girls for the birthday party, we had to wait for our food to arrived. we were 4 people and 3 plates were ok, 4th plate we ordered vegetarian tacos, which comes with 4 crunchy tacos, my daughter complained that it doesn't taste good but we didn't listened to her and asked her to eat it, she had two and finally gave up and asked us to try it, we tried it and tacos were stale, we complained to one server and his response was we served others and no one complained , and we asked him to try it but they were all serving that noisy big table so no-one was interested in small tables. told second server and he said to give another plate but it was already late and didnt wanted another, they said desert on the house but by that time we lost the appetized. now they lost their customers, never going back.

Oh boy, we were happy to find this place. In the town next to West Point there were almost no restaurants open on Monday and what were open had no a/c or were very hot. Basically desperate we stopped at Hacienda but weren't happy because we had several previous Mexican meals on our week long trip. But from the friendly service to the excellent food we absolutely enjoyed this restaurant. It's was also a bit too warm but the dishes we had were excellent and more than made up for it. Not at all busy so I guess Mondays in early August are not busy in Highland Falls.
