Hacienda is a really cool restaurant! Authentic decor, delicious large servings and excellent service is what this restaurant is all about! We stopped ourself and enjoyed every bite. The guacamole is out of this world! Not a bad dish in the whole place. Check it out for yourself.

This place is so kitschy and fun, I want to have a party or get together here. Good food, reasonably priced, and great service.

Food was good. Chips and salsa tasted very fresh. I asked for beef chimichangas and they brought chicken, but they were very good.

Very nice and convenient spot. There are so few restaurants in Highland Falls and even this is the only Mexican restaurant in the area. Drinks are good and the food is delicious. It is one of my go-tos as my sons go to O'Neill HS and are frequently over at West Point for sports and functions, both just a few minutes away.

Hacienda Mexicana was an excellent choice. It is located close to the West Point Military Academy and on its busy Main Street. The restaurant has a full bar, a vast indoor seating area, and an outdoor terrace area, as well. Their decorations/wall art are very festive and they incorporated Valentine's Day decor, as well. Before we get to the food, let me highly commend the service. From the moment that you enter, you're treated with white glove service. Our server was extraordinary and attentive, from start to finish. The complimentary warm chips and salsa was gone in a few minutes. Without even asking, we were replenished with both items. See what I mean, regarding the service? Oh, the same goes for the water. Constantly refilled, with a smile. My Classic Margarita was perfect. It was well crafted, strong, and in a much appreciated large glass. Every item that we ordered was DELICIOUS! The Chicken Soup was huge, the Cheese Quesadilla was tasty/cheesy, and my Pollo Langunilla (sautéed chicken, with portobello mushrooms, rice, salad and refried beans) was AMAZING. Every bite/spoonful of every item was delectable and take-home containers were required. I cannot recommend Hacienda Mexicana, enough. You will, most definitely, enjoy a memorable meal and return for more.

Let's put it this way, tried them again and it sucked! Ordered Chicken enchiladas with mole and they left it in the oven or broiler to long and the mole sauce was dried up and burnt.I don't recommend this establishment to dine at.

One of our cadet's favorite spots. Good food and reasonable prices.

Food was great and the prices match. The owners are friendly and interactive. I just think that they need a website with pictures of staff and history. That is what captivated me in talking with Jesus one of the owners that relocated to run the

They like to speak spanish in front of non spanish speakers. Just be careful doing that because sometimes, we can UNDERSTAND it even if we can't SPEAK it. So don't say a word about your guests right in front of them and be ignorant enough to not realize that they may know you're being rude. Then men especially. Yes, this "white girl" knows you think you can please her better than the man she came in with, shut your damn mouth.Parking: Park at the edge of the road because thats how the spaces line up then play chicken trying to back out onto the road. Plus there's always a stupid cop watching for drunk people to come out of this place. What the hell kind of establishment are you running here?

decent food. Not good service . Spent an hour and a half waiting for food and owner (seems to be a lady) came over once and with an attitude when I asked for more salsa. I understand being busy but shouldn't let that throw away business skills.

We make an annual trip to West Point for an event and this place is part of the tradition. Always lovely with good food and really good drinks. There aren't many options near the campus, but this is one of the best. Classic menu, salsa and guacamole are really good and fresh chips.

A solid 4-star restaurant in this little Highland Falls town. Our airbnb hosts recommended Hacienda as their favorite local restaurant. Service and ambience were excellent! The chips and salsa were incredible so we had high hopes that the dinners would be the same. Unfortunately the main courses were just ok. However, the experience, the drinks, and the chips/salsa are worth returning for! Definitely a must-try spot if you're in town.

Fast service, only decent place to sit down in Highland Falls. Food is what you'd expect for this type of Mexican joint. No issue with quality of food. This has been a staple location for years for the West Point community. I hope it never has to close its doors.

This restaurant’s decorations and atmosphere made the food much more enjoyable. Despite all of this though, my chicken was very dry and I didn’t enjoy my meal as much as I thought I would. My party loved all of their food though so for that reason, the eating went up. My waiter was very nice and patient as I went with a 9 person party. Overall it was a great experience for my group and everyone enjoyed.
