Wow this place is great. The food is surprisingly good and it's affordable. Went there on a random empty weekday and on a packed labor day, had great experiences both days. There's lots of great Mexican spots in Kingston and this stands up to the best and is better than a lot of them.

Excellent! I custom ordered a veggie quesadilla and it was excellent. Came with delicious pico de gallo, home-made guacamole, sour cream, and green salsa. Also ordered the churros, which were amazing, freshly made, crispy on the outside, and filled with cream cheese. This place is an absolute must if you are visiting The Walkway on the Hudson!

Don Felix is a great place with surprisingly good and affordable food. It has had great experiences on both a random empty weekday and a packed labor day. There are lots of great Mexican spots in Kingston, and Don Felix stands up to the best and is better than a lot of them. The food is amazing and the customer service is great. The fresh ingredients, proper portions, and an incredibly dedicated and friendly chef make it quite possibly the best Mexican food in Highland. A custom ordered veggie quesadilla was excellent and came with delicious pico de gallo, home-made guacamole, sour cream, and green salsa. The churros were amazing, freshly made, crispy on the outside, and filled with cream cheese. The tacos campechanos were delicious after a beautiful walk over the Hudson. Everything on the menu is delicious, and it is an absolute must if visiting The Walkway on the Hudson.
