This is an appreciation post for the amazing chef and his team from our catering company for our wedding, Sal Timperio from Sal’s Catering. The food was absolutely amazing and so delicious, and he and his team worked with us to serve exactly what we wanted at our special day. Roast pork from my Dad’s farm that Sal used his smokers to cook to perfection… those pigs came out beautifully! The giant charcuterie table was gorgeous and all the cheeses and cured meats were to die...
