ive been coming here since 2017 at least. great pricing, great staff (shout out Athena and Jenna!!), delicious food, hot speciality coffee- couldn't ask for more of a local breakfast spot. definitely one of my favorite places to go after jogging the rail trail.highly recommend their potato lentil hash, well done home fries, or their french toast bagels.
The service was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful.The food was great, cooked excellent with great options.The atmosphere was very nice, it has the small home town feel. It makes me miss home.

Everything I’ve ever had here is top notch. They make the best western omelette in the Hudson valley. I’ve tried them all!! The owner is awesome; professional yet super friendly and all the employees have great attitudes. Thank goodness we have Bagels and Bites in our neighborhood!!!!
