Was here recently with the new ownership. Burger and fries were very good for around $15 which is reasonable. A quarter pounder meal at McDonald's is about that but Underground has far better quality. You might hear some city weekenders complain but this is in working class Highland not hipster Brooklyn. This is a good place so far with the new management. Best of luck to them. We will be returning sooner than later!
Ate here a few years ago, now the menu has changed. Reasonable prices, Good service, and everything we had was excellent! We had nice dark roast coffee, French Toast served with berries and whipped butter, and an open sandwich with grilled halloumi cheese, avocado, poached egg, spinach, and tomato, served with roasted potatoes. All Very tasty!!

Just had breakfast at Underground this morning. They have been closed in the morning since Covid but now have new owners. The coffee was just as good as it used to be and the breakfast was much better. It’s great to have a good coffee shop and breakfast spot again in Highland. I did stop in for dinner when the new owners had just taken over but they were out of a lot of things and hadn’t gotten their liquor license yet.
