I stop in this shop once or twice a week. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. The pasta, pasta bakes, meatballs, ricotta and bread are amazing. Our family hasn't had a meal we didn't like.

We began buying at Bozza in their old Hilton location. Visited their new place and what a difference! Picked up some of their pasta this past weekend and really enjoyed the new facility. Another great local family owned Rochester business you should consider adding to your list!

I was so excited to learn that Bozza makes gluten free lasagna noodles. I made it for my GF family members and they loved it! I made enough so that everyone would have leftovers, but there were none. It was a huge hit. Since then I have tried some of their regular pasta for myself and it is delish. I'm so glad to have them here on Greece.

Did some work for the owner about 30 years ago and came back to town for a visit. Asked if he could come out and say Hi and he never came out, said he doesn't know me. I had a handful of pasta to bring back with me but thought it was so unprofessional for him not to come out and say hello, not only to an old acquaintance but to a customer ready to buy a handful of his pasta to travel back with. I guess he got too big now and he is too cool to say hi to his customers....poor customer service

I don't know if the food or people impressed me more. I had the privilege to attend a special event at their new location in Greece. The food kept coming and I didn't want it to stop. The freshly made pasta was delectable and was so tender and flavorful. I wish them all the best!
