Every single time I eat here (which is hardly ever) so this is sad, the fries are ALWAYS COLD! STOP SERVING COLD FRIES! Literally how hard is it to keep your fries hot? Absolutely ridiculous.

If you want to wait forever for your food. The drive thru is slow most of the time they don't use the 2nd window. The inside register is not staffed, that is a wait also. Not FAST FOOD!You WONT get what you ordered half the time. Sad its the only 'fast food' in Hilton..

This is by far the slowest store I have ever been at. Have been to many others and have had no problems. I use this one for the location but am not happy at all. We are not talking one time visit but many times. God forbid using the drive through as 9 times out of 10 you will have to pull ahead and wait for common items.

I'll just start off by saying it's fast food so the bar already isn't too high but the management at these chain fast food joints really need a complete renewal. My niece was treated wrongly and unfairly a few months back because of her age... they don't allow teens inside to eat and kicked her out even though she was a paying customer.... This is ridiculous. You kick them out if they are misbehaving and wreaking havoc, fine get authorities involved then... but don't ruin it for every teenager who just wants to eat a burger and hang out. Secondly, they never have anyone ready to take your order at the counter. I don't know if it's because they've become so accustomed to self check out or people picking up for Grubhub etc. and other mobile alternatives... but believe it or not there are still people who want to interact face to face and having at least ONE person at the counter ready to work I think is a must ...

Cold, dried (not fresh) English muffins McSausage sandwiches. Sausage also dried from too long holding them.
The McDonalds in Hilton NY is absolutely worthless. Dont order a hamburger without pickles you will end up with a plain hamburger... you will always get cold fries and luke warm sandwhiches.. The managment there is as worthless as the employees. I have gone there for the last time. You have lost a customer forever. Keep paying these idiots more.... They are soooooooooooooo worth it.

This place constantly lies says their ice cream machine is always broken. You order a McFlurry. They hand mix it they don’t add anything in it and barely fill it anymore because they’re lazy the communication between the lady at the window Road disrespectful you guys don’t even turn the lights on so people know you’re open it’s just a damn shame
