This location is getting progressively worse when filling orders. Missing items are a constant problem, 5 of my last 6 online orders were missing product. The McCrispy has been shrunk to the size of a cheeseburger. Apparently they just don't care. Fortunately there are several other options within a 2 minute drive.
Every time I get fries from here they never fill them all the way . Every time I get a cheeseburger I ask for an extra piece of cheese and they never do it . Can never get what I paid for . Do better .
The same people are stuck working their butt's off because other workers call in. There is no consistency and wait times are egregious.

McDonald's can be hit or miss, but this visit was quick and overall good. However, the employees seemed overworked and stressed, making the experience a bit uncomfortable. The restaurant also had poor customer service in the past. On a positive note, the Spencerport location was very pleasing. If they improve the working conditions for the employees, it could enhance the overall experience for customers.
