Some McDonald's can be hot and miss. Like any fast food restaurant, service times vary with customer density. This particular visit was quite quick for the amount of visitors. Overall a good experience. If I were to critique negatively, I would say that if you plan on using order numbers to identify who gets what, please give us the receipt to which the order number is on.

If I was the owner of this establishment I would be ashamed out how overworked and stressed my employees looked. All of them look like they've been worn down and they are always running around crazy. Every morning I feel so bad, to the point where I feel like I'm burdening them with more work for just ordering a coffee. I don't even want to complain about their service because you can tell they are all doing their best. It's so heart breaking to be profusely...

Went there on Sunday closed the main entrance to the restaurant due to lack of parking. This restaurant on many streets has had poor customer service. Went to Spencerport location was very pleased with everything there.
