This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. Their driver filled my oil tank in January after I ordered 100g and pre paid. The day after the delivery I called and stated they had made a mistake and to come get the oil out of my tank- they said no and told me it would be waived on my account since it was their drivers fault! This was in JANUARY. Here we are end of July and they are hounding me for the 290$ that they claimed they would waive. Now I’m being told per company policy IM RESPONSIBLE for their mistake. I never signed a single contract that stated I was at fault for their lack of reading. Now they told me the best that they can do is credit me 20 cents off per gallon.. the worst company…and I will be reporting to the BBB. STEER CLEAR OF THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!!! If I could leave a negative five star review I WOULD.

Mirabito is a terrible company who not only doesn’t deliver on time but will charge wrong accounts and say you are delinquent no do anything in your power to not use them

I am a new customer 45 days ago and was supposed to be set up on auto pay and auto delivery neither was done now i have run out of fuel on a 10 degree day and they tell me it could be 5 days for delivery! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!😡

I called 3 weeks ago to sent up for propane to be installed in my home in 5106 state highway 23 lot 32 oneonta ny I put a 100 deposit on it like I was asked an the gentlemen from the company came an said everything was good to go fo them an it seems like now I'm just getting the run around an all I wanted was cooking gas
