This place is so slept on! They legit have the best breakfast sandwiches in the North Country! They're super fast and always make my order correctly. It's Starbucks coffee and grab and go croissants, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit cups, etc. The sandwiches have to be warmed up from the grab and go cooler but just let the staff know and they warm/toast it for you. Always service with a smile from these girls! Very good, consistent service. If you want to sit and eat, just let them know and they'll let you sit at the tavern.

This is a fun casino/hotel that just needs a few upgrades.First note: do not expect an early check in! We had requested one and when we arrived, were informed rudely that check in is not until at least 3:30 no exceptions! Then why let us request it?The room is nice but a bit basic and has no views. Also, you do not even get a coffee maker.They charge a 12.00 occupancy fee that we were never told about until check out.The elevator was out of order and made it difficult for everyone going up or down. They do have 2 but both are very slow.The casino is small but has good games but the slots are really tight and don't pay out well.The spa was still closed due to COVID.We ate at the buffet and found it a bit small for the price.Do note that there is nothing to do near this place and the town is mostly farms.There is a Dunkin donuts about a half mile away for cheaper coffee and breakfast.

If I could give zero stars I would. We received a flyer in the mail offering a 59 dollar weeknight stay. Since we have never been and had always wanted to check the casino out, we booked. A couple days later we received an email saying that the rate would not be honored unless we provided our players club number. Since we have never been we didn't have one. If none was provided, they would charge us 159 for the night, 40 dollars more than the regular advertised price online. I called the reservation desk and the woman who answered was the rudest excuse for an employee I have come across in a very long time. She questioned how I could even have received the promotional flyer because it's for "returning guests who have a relationship and have spent a lot of money. Do you understand what I'm saying?! Since you've never been here, you don't qualify." She treated me like I was some sort of destitute trash just looking for a free ride, even though I explained we received the flyer in the mail and were eager to visit the casino. We have been to Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, and stayed multiple times at the Bellagio in Las Vegas... guess this backwater establishment will not be getting our money.

Basic casino for sure. My hotel room was huge though! King size bed, lots of room. Walk in shower with tile and plenty of room. Very clean. Comfy bed. Got some dinner to take up to the room. Price was great and had a huge filet for my fish and chips. Husbands seafood platter was loaded and cooked well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easiest hotel check in ever! I would stay here again for the room and bathroom alone.

Not a huge gambler, but my family stayed in the RV park in the parking lot here and it was great! Super easy basic setup for the right price in a safe spot. We went inside the casino and it was very nice! Primarily because of the smoking ban due to COVID - we could actually breathe here unlike most casinos. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful both here and everywhere else we went on the reservation. Highly recommend for any campers in the area!

I went there two times so far and the staff are friendly and very helpful . The food was outstanding in a relaxed atmosphere and it is at a reasonable price. I played the slots and came out ahead each time. I would recommend this place for fun and great food. I plan to go back many more times in the future.

Little coffee shop in the Akwesasne Casino Resort, serving Starbucks. They have a little sitting space with a coffee table and some couches, as well as a sitting space outside. Bonus: there is a spot right out front with 10 minute limit if you just need to run in and grab a cup. Great staff!
