This place is so slept on! They legit have the best breakfast sandwiches in the North Country! They're super fast and always make my order correctly. It's Starbucks coffee and grab and go croissants, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit cups, etc. The sandwiches have to be warmed up from the grab and go cooler but just let the staff know and they warm/toast it for you. This is a fun casino/hotel that just needs a few upgrades.First note: do not expect an early check in! We had requested one and when we arrived, were informed rudely that check in is not until at least 3:30 no exceptions! Then why let us request it?The room is nice but a bit basic and has no views. Also, you do not even get a coffee maker.They charge a 12.00 occupancy fee that we were never told about until check out.The elevator was out of order and made it difficult for everyone...read full review

Basic casino for sure. My hotel room was huge though! King size bed, lots of room. Walk in shower with tile and plenty of room. Very clean. Comfy bed. Got some dinner to take up to the room. Price was great and had a huge filet for my fish and chips. Husbands seafood platter was loaded and cooked well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easiest hotel check in ever! I would stay here again for the room and bathroom alone.
