First time visiting this Casino. Very nice young man waited on us. Rode from Old Forge to Casino and arrived late. He was very accomodating in making certain we had something to eat and drink!

This was our first time visiting the Sticks Sports Book & Grill on a Sunday for late lunch.
This restaurant is located inside the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino. Parking is plentiful and free in thier lots.
It's more of a fast food restaurant where you place your order at the counter and they then bring you you food according to your table number.
The restaurant was clean. The staff member bringing out the food also cleaned up the tables in a timely fashion.
I specifically came here to try their triple patty Hat Trick Smash Burger that comes with fries. I was disappointed to learn the American Cheese is processed cheese and not real cheese, so I asked not to have it included. The burger was not seasoned at all, which I personally loved because if you wanted any condiments they were included at each table; Ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, salt, pepper, A1 Steak Sauce, Etc. I loved the taste of the burger. It was a pure hamburger, perfectly cooked. The fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned.
One thing I did not like is that they ask for a tip when paying. This is a fast food place. In my view tips should be reserved for a sit down full service type restaurant. We unfortunately had to wait a long time for the burger and when asked he said, he didn't know what happened and made the order was completed right away.
If you're hungry this is the place for a fast meal.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The price of a dozen chicken wings has now raised to $24 from $20. I received very burnt wings in a box which I had not opened until I got to my hotel room at the casino. I tried calling sticks where I got the wings. The phone rang and rang. The hotel across the parking lot answered finally. I was transferred to Cisco answering. When I got the wings not one person was in the restaurant. It was about 9 p.m. I miss the days of the senior buffet at reasonable prices. The food choices are very limited, poor quality, and pricey pretty much. There is definitely not the crowds like there used to be. The casino is pushing people away with poor customer service and the burnt expensive food they want people to buy and eat at the casino.

This place needs some work! To start, the cashier was abrasive. I even tried to soften her mod a bit but she was stone cold. We ordered the traditional poutine & Buffalo Chicken Salad. It was busy so we waited 45 minutes for food and started seeing multiple tables served after us. Turns out they lost our order. They expedited it. The cheese curd on the poutine was cold, the flavor of the gravy was very good. The salad came pre-packaged with yesterday's date so the Buffalo Chicken was not fresh and was cold. It would be good to classify this as pre-packaged so people know what they are getting. Choose the other restaurants here, this was sadly not good!

I went back in December. The food was amazing, and the lady at the cash was a sweetheart. The only complaint would be they lack staff and the table needed clearing for faster turn around. Honestly, I wish there was a location closer to home. For them, chicken strips are what might cause me to drive all the way back for a visit again soon!

Went to have supper ,pager never went on ,they brought Rong hamburger ,not what we order , didn't put what we ask for,paid Xtra for bacon,no mayo,not right cheese,after went to say about hamburger,they brought us 2 slice of bacon ,still not right order ,they said they would make us another one,but not what happened at all,they were all over the place with everyone ones order ,so decided to take money back,was really disappointed ,sad cause that hamberg was really good last time ,was really looking forward to eat it again,so landed with no supper

A absolute joke for a restraunt, been waiting for food forever. Some people have been waiting for over an hour. Will never go to this place ever again. The casino is loosing money with people waiting for there food.

Why did they change this to a cafeteria style restaurant. It's a joke no one cleaning tables and no one running food. Took forever to be served. Why not just pay servers to server you so you can enjoy a nice dinner.

If I could give zero stars, I would. What happened to this place since they moved to the back of the casino?! The menu totally changed. There was no option for whole wheat bread for a sandwich. I don’t eat white bread, yet I was stuck eating a giant slab of white bread that I ended up throwing in the garbage. I asked for basic and simple oil and vinegar for my salad and I was told that they don’t have any. What kind of restaurant has no straight oil and vinegar? I never heard of this in my whole life. I was forced to have the Italian dressing and it was the grossest dressing that I have had in 15 years. The salad was completely different than it used to be, it was not good at all. Another person in my party had a hamburger and they couldn’t eat the bun because they said that it had a weird and bad taste. It is such a disappointment because Sticks used to be good when they were located at the front of the casino. I used to be able to get the nicest lunch there. It was half a whole wheat turkey sandwich, house salad with a delicious balsamic vinaigrette or just olive oil & vinegar, and a nice onion soup. I last had it in May, what a shame that it is totally changed now for the worst. Please get it back to how it used to be, because I will never spend $42 on a lunch like I had today that was so disappointing and gross.

We waited quite a while for our food. When it came out it was cold, they didn’t give us the sauces we ordered or put onion on the sandwiches. When I told them they didn’t even seem to care and were snarky about it. I don’t think we will be going back.
