Ordered a plain bagel, lightly buttered and lightly toasted, not the most difficult order in the world. It took 15 minutes from me ordering it till I was rung up and left, apparently the guy who took the order was in charge of cutting and toasting it but left to do other things. The only reason someone else asked about it was because it was in her way. Not get service or a start to the morning. I do enjoy the food though for whatever that's worth.

Food is great, if you get the correct order. I went in to order a whole wheat bagel with butter and the guy even checked with me. we went to a park for lunch and I opened the bag and it was an everything bagel. They give you an option to get coleslaw, Mac salad, or a bag of chips with your sandwich and my Aunt chose potato salad. She was never given it. And they rang up items we didn’t order, like a bagel with cream cheese. Younger workers are nice but misunderstand a lot. I came here twice and both times it was messed up.

Comfortable seating. Came at a kind of busy time, they offset this by having someone sit all the line to take your order but still had to wait in line to pay. +1 star for GOOD amount of Cream Cheese!

Contrary to many other reviews. My experience here was great. Staff was attentive and courteous. I got a veggie omelet with an everything bagel. Bagel was really good. Everything was fresh and prepared well.

Overpriced and workers are rude. Got a bagel sandwich they gave me the wrong bagel and didn't even toast it. They didn't wrap it good it fell apart and open in the bag. Bagel stores in NYC are way cheaper and that should say a lot.

A place day phone order last week the woman answered the phone with a hello I had to say is this bagel Cafe gave her my order she left the bacon out she left the cheese out and I told her I'm highly allergic to ketchup no ketchup I got ketchup I called and complained staff acted like when I came for a refund the next day that they really didn't even care and refunded my money I asked for the owner or manager and they just looked at me not very good customer relations

The food is delishous but the ice tea tases like mold. I called to just let them know that they might like to clean the machine and they just brused me off. Sorry I just wanted to inform them. Hope the dept of health doesn't check next time they inspeced the place.
Very good bagels, but super rude young woman at the front counter. It felt like I was inconveniencing her by stopping by. Even with me being polite, she was short and impolite.
