Not sure if this place changed ownership as the people that have been in there the past few times I have never seen before but they have taken a serious decline since. Their egg sandwiches used to be huge and the bagels were always hot and fresh. The last egg sandwich I got had two pieces of bacon and the bagel tasted like it was a day old. They used to make the best egg sandwich when they first opened but have gone downhill since and their prices have gone uphill

Came in Sunday morning to get 3 Sandwiches. New guy at register typed in the order as I read it to him. In the back the people making the order completely got 2/3 egg sandwiches wrong. Not going back to tell them to fix it after I was home. Get it together. It’s like they don’t even care what you order they just want you to leave bc they seem so swamped when there is a line. The older woman in the back is nasty as hell too (Kat)

Went there Sunday morning got2 bagels egg everything onion Onion was not fresh at all also got 1/3 lb of fresh lox confused the girl lox was very old wasn't and didn't feel comfortable eating it which I didn't 1st and last time there too many other choices

I never leave bad reviews but this experience was just so bad that I have to. The lady with the dark hair was SO rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was uncalled for and even the other customers asked why the staff was being so rude. The response was that “they’ve been working all morning” which is not a good reason to be rude to anyone. It’s not hard to be polite to customers. The food was ok at best but I will never return here due to the staffs lack of competence to be friendly or customer facing.

It’s a shame that the bagels are pretty decent here. The staff and customer service is the absolute worst. We stop here since it’s 2 minutes away from our house but WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Woman with the short hair just seems to hate her job and takes it out on other people.

Horrible experience with both food and service. Order was not taken correctly. Girl at the cash register was confused and inadequate. Incomplete order was served and when we inquired they yelled and made it look like customers issue for not asking everything specifically even though those items on the menu show included with the order. Their home fries is a joke. They do not make them fresh. They nuke in microwave their stale greasy potatoes in a plastic container and call it “home” fries. We will not be returning.

Kat and her staff are simply the best. Attentive, jovial and great with orders it's like your own family is running the place. She treats every customer with attention and respect all while making your deli experience the best. BTW, the food is also great. The bagels are top notch Long Island bagels - the egg salad is delicious and made fresh everyday. Whoever is on the grill does an amazing job and always gets the order right. 5 Stars to this classic Long Island bagel Deli.

I’d give the bagels a 4 out of 5 but the customer service here is the WORST. I have been here numerous times as it is close to my house and the woman with dark hair is extremely rude, short and disrespectful. I have no idea how someone like this keeps or WANTS a working position that is customer facing. The young girl who worked there was sweet and polite. She seemed to be knowingly making up for her coworkers lack of professionalism and kindness. Really hope the owners do something about this as I see this is an ongoing issue other customers are experiencing as well.

I always give the benefit of doubt but run into the same problems over and over so I will be going to another place. First I attempted to use zingle to text my order and no response. When I go in and ask if my ziggle order was received I'm told it's broken and just today was told they don't use it anymore but said to call. I attempted to call many times no answer. When I told them no one answers the response is when busy they don't answer the phone. Next issue is when paying they hide the register amounts. I asked for a drink upgrade which is an up charge to the larger size. I'm ok with that except they charge full price for the lemonade. When I call them out on it they get annoyed. Charge me the upgrade fee not the full amount. The food and bagels are decent but there are more friendly places around. Time to move to either bagel brothers or bagel lovers.
