Saturday morning new kid at the register gave me a buttered bagel with no butter on it. He literally put a small smear on an edge. And no the butter didn't melt, bagel wasn't hot which is fine I didn't want it toasted. Lost a customer. I'm at home now putting my own butter on a bagel. What a waste. Kids these days have zero pride in anything they do.

Stopped into the Bagel Patch midweek after lunchtime and before they close. I ordered the Brooklyn Bridge #6 and made a small coffee. The sandwich is Grilled Chicken, Fresh Mozzarella, Red Roasted Peppers & Balsamic Dressing on a Roll. The food came out right away and was very good. Make sure you grab extra napkins because it was a little saucy(as seen in the photos) but was very good.

I come here because the bagels are good and it’s local. The prices have gotten way out of league with competition. I still would have given 5 stars but, the heart of my complaint is the staff. Time after time the owner / operator gentleman is downright rude. I’m paying 25$ for 2 egg sandwiches , at least be
