they scammed us, we asked for scoop of strawberry and chocolate shake but instead they gave us strawberry shake and when we complained they added chocolate syrup saying its the same thing. such bad service.

Every time I go inside this building I regret it. It’s very dirty, employees are rude and the baskin robins section never has any ice cream / toppings.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Baskin-Robbins. My wife ordered ice cream through Uber, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. The driver called to inform us that Baskin-Robbins had nothing in stock, not even toppings. Instead of offering a solution, they insisted on giving us a quart of cookies and cream ice cream. The lack of flexibility and poor customer service left us thoroughly unsatisfied. We won't be returning and will choose another ice cream shop next time.

Wish I could give this DD/baskin robins 0 stars! Worst customer service of my entire life. The manager is extremely rude and so unprofessional. On top of the bad attitude, they were slow and messed up my order. Will never go back to this location.

Rude and disrespectful. Went to get Baskin-Robbins ice cream around 8:20pm. I was asking my nephew which cone he wanted the man was like hurry up it’s closing time. So then said he said we can’t have the waffle cone because it was too expensive with one scoop?? They had the small one so idk what that was about. He was so rude the way he gave us the ice cream and then he threw the receipt at my fiancé when he asked for one. How unprofessional and rude.

This is by far the worst store on the island. Rude shady staff and they never have any ice cream flavors they are always out of simple everyday stuff. This store needs to be shut down. Awful
This place is legit a scam. Hear me out. If you order on doordash/uber eats and they don’t have what you order, they will send you whatever they have just so they can tell uber they sent you something and collect your money.I kept trying to cancel and they kept refusing which keptthe order active so a different driver would continue to be assigned to it (had to cancel with 5 different drivers). So i drove there and asked them to cancel. They said they have no ability to cancel the order (i used to work in restaurants and uber gives you a tablet to receive orders. How else would you know what to make?). So i called uber and uber told me they would call the merchant themselves. Thats when the employees told me they don’t have a phone hooked up. A business without a phone. Seems legit right?I don’t know exactly what these d-bags have going on here but, after this experience, i suggest everyone stay far far away.Bonus story: while i was on the phone with uber after i arrived at the store, the employee passive-aggressively asked me if i wanted a donut (im a big boy). I just wished I responded with asking the guy if he wanted some braces because,based on the 2 inches of separation between each yellow tooth in his mug, he needs them!

Went there ordered a large shake and 2 scoop sundae. They accidentally billed me for 1 single scoop sundae . I had 0 problem paying the difference however they tried billing me 3.25 for single scoop twice when it was only 5$ . When I explained that I wasn't paying them extra money for there mistake they tried arguing more even when I tried multiple times to show them 3+3 is more then 5. Also they started scooping the wrong ice cream and used same scoop for what I ordered. Glad I don't have a nut allergy because that's pretty dangerous. So told them to cancel the transaction before they relented and let me leave.
I went to Baskin Robins off Furrows Rd in Holbrook on Friday & what a horrible experience. The manager was so unprofessional & so we’re the employees. My son & I were so disappointed this place didn’t have any toppings & the one topping that they had (gummy bears) were hard as a rock I thought I was going to crack my tooth on the gummy bear. Never again!!
