I ordered a special ice cream cake on a Wednesday for my moms birthday to be ready for Saturday at 2pm (an hour before the party). I sat on the phone with an employee for 10 minutes going through all the special details that we wanted for the cake. We hung up the phone. When I sent my brother to pick the cake up, they said nobody ordered a cake and they did not have it. This was obviously infuriating to me as I knew I ordered it and had 40 people waiting on me at the party. We had to settle for a pre made cake since we had to rush and it wasn’t anything like we wanted. They weren’t helpful at all and they still made us pay for it. We will never be ordering anything from this carvel again nor will we go back.

I have frequented this Carvel 5 times now. The last two times I ordered pistachio soft serve it tasted off, a little sour, like a prickly feeling on the tip of your tongue. Please make sure your machines are clean and the mix is properly refrigerated inside the machine. Safe to say I won't be ordering that again. Otherwise the service was fine and friendly, nothing else special worth noting. More premade bonnett choices usual and less hard ice cream flavors than other location.

Gave my doordash to someone else and then because they were speaking to their friends they didn't even start remaking it after doordash called and asked them to. It's just frustrating and I see why the rating is so low. Super sweet though.

Love their flying saucers. Got chocolate and vanilla flavored, buy two and got one 50% off. Two under $20. If you buy one, it will cost you about $13.99 if I remember correctly. Love the saving since I didn’t hit lottery yet. Yummy!
Picked up my Grandsons ice cream cake with a Minecraft picture on it. I ordered half of the sheet cake just vanilla no cookie crunchies that’s what my grandson loves!!The other half regular chocolate and vanilla with the chocolate cookies crunchies!! They nailed it!! My Grandson was thrilled!
