Anybody that has been to any other Dunkin’ donuts around the world knows how it is supposed to taste.
This Dunkin’ is by far the worst tasting coffee. The corporate franchise should shut them down.
You can’t possibly mess up a French vanilla latte day after day after day. It is so bitter and so disgusting they should be ashamed of their product.

Although it’s understandable to be a bit stressed rush of customers, I was waiting for my food to come out after my drink and the worker rudely said “This is yours. Take it.” The other employee was very kind but the older gentleman is unnecessarily rude

Don’t come here, I never had a serious problem with this place until today. They completely make the drinks wrong I watched the guy make my drink which was shaken espresso and he didn’t even shake it in the shaker. So what’s the point in me paying 5 dollars for a shaken drink that’s made wrong and not shaken! Go to the different dunkin or go to Starbucks, they always make my drinks right and never have a problem if i ask them to remake it. Dunkin is not worth your money.

This is an awful Dunkin. It is an issue every time i go there. This morning they took over 15 minutes to make a toaster muffin, then put CREAM CHEESE on it instead of butter. I almost threw up. AVOID THIS STORE

Terrible customer service. The man in charge of food the morning of 11/24 was extremely rude after he either forgot to make the ordered food or it was stolen. He refused to make a new order and gave me dirty looks after bringing the issue to the cashiers. AVOID!!

I when there to buy a coffee like I always I do in every dunkin donuts, so I ask the clerk if I can use the restroom and he said is out of order, so I check if there is a sign saying that and is not. So yea not nice to denied the restroom to customers.

Super unsanitary, worker was on facetime while making my drink and pretending to sip put of it telling whoever she was on the phone with “ this isn’t even my drink hahah “ they don’t wear gloves, they make your coffee with sink water, and i overall would never recommend this place to anybody. Go to the one by the train station instead. Place smells aswell. Workers have a very mean attitude.

Honestly the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I went there one time before and the workers were so unfriendly. I go there again to get icecream and it was like I was asking them to perform Bain surgery - idk if they were on drugs or what but the workers were just rude and completely out of it. I was so annoyed and the guy at the counter kept asking me if I was mad - I wasn’t rude and I just kept my mouth shut but they are completely unprofessional
