Today was my mom’s birthday. I searched Google for diners in Long Island. The Holbrook Diner stood out to me and I’m so glad I chose to celebrate there with 8 other family members. From the time we walked in the door they quickly accommodated my family and I. The staff was so friendly, kind, and attentive. That’s what we all want when eating out especially a place we’ve never been before. We wanted mom to have great food and service. She got that and more. She was so happy...

Very close to the Ronkonkoma LIRR station, this diner was a delight! Classic diner look and feel, amazing and friendly service, and great food. We went for brunch and ordered off their specials brunch menu. We got the cookie dough stack, lemon blueberry stack, and a side of home fries. The pancakes were delicious and very filling. The side of home fries was more than enough for two people to share. Prices were quite reasonable.
