Had a issue here where I ate there and they came around to take cards they took my card and I decided let me just pay with case instead. So I went to the front payed in cash because they women didnt bring the cards up yet. Got told they won't charge the card they will have her bring it back. We'll they took the cash and charged my card. Been fighting with them over giving me my refund. They also refused to look into the system to see i payed been fighting with them over a 2 months. They stole money

The hibachi is always excellent, and they can accommodate gluten and dairy free, as well.

I love this place! The food is fantastic....I have had both sushi and hibachi at both Holbrook and West Babylon. Nice atmosphere for casual dining or for family gatherings as well as a great date place

Gary is the man! He made my birthday very special. He put on a great show and cooked delicious food. First time there and it wont be my last. Next time I go again, I will
definitely be requesting him. You should do the same. They also wished me a Happy Birthday with banging drums. Gave me a scoop of vanilla with whipped cream for free.

Unfriendly staff, service was horrible, after waiting over 20 mins for hibatchi chef, walked out. This was a great place, at one time

Very nice place, good food but I don't like that They used to give you soup and salad now.It's one or the other only. Believe me, they are always packed. They make enough money!!!

My husband and I went here for an early birthday dinner on June 26th around 7-8pm. The hostess seemed bothered that we even came in, she didn’t say a work. Grabbed 2 menus and walked off to a table with also no words. We told her thank you and nothing back. She had an annoyed look on her face during the walk in process to seating, we were unsure if we were to follow her to the booth or not.

The waitress was friendly, I did ask for a different dressing on my salad (I don’t like the normal one they use). She said “I can bring some on the side” PERFECT! Except she didn’t listen and the dressing I hate was STILL on the salad! Walked by us multiple times with also not saying a word, service could be better.

Food was absolutely amazing though
