It was an OK visit. For a family of 5 it was kind of pricey! We didn't have any drinks/alcohol, only 1 appetizer, and pretty basic meals (salad, chicken sandwichs, pizza and chicken fingers) and it cost $ 180.00 ($155 + $ tip) The appetizer was fried pickles and the breading on the pickles wasn't very crispy, which made the red hot pickle inside slide right out. The appetizer was $15 or $17 dollars which is ridiculous for pickles. My waitress did not return often. My salad came out with no dressing and it took forever to get it, once we stopped someone and asked. She never stopped back to ask if we needed refill on our drinks (which we were all empty before finishing). Besides the soda tasted flat. (lemonade was good) When the check came, all of the prices were credit card pricing. She didn't even ask us if we were paying cash or credit card, so we thought that was alittle sneaky. When I asked, she adjusted it but it didn't change the tax, she only took a discount off. Seemed weird. Overall for $ 180.00, I expected feeling good about my visit and food we ate, and it wasn't the case.

The food was very good. I had mussels which were great and the skirt steak that came with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables that was very good. The steak was cooked to my liking. My wife had the Mac & cheese bites and risotto with chicken that was great. Overall the food and server were excellent and I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Lunch was great. Service was excellent and the food came quick. I especially liked how much chicken was in the chicken noodle soup.

Karver's serves the best braised short ribs around! The service is always courteous and attentive.

It's always a pleasure to dine her. Had the Bistro Pasta and the Shepherds Pie tonight. Spot on and our server, Oscar, is the best. Consistently great food.

Was there to celebrate my Mom's birthday. Went early to avoid the crowds and noise. Asked for a table in the back. Ordered pretzel and Mac and cheese bites for apps. They were delicious! Entrees were delicious too... Pulled pork sandwich, grilled chicken club, blue cheese burger, California flatbread, Arthur Avenue salad..... Entrees are a little pricey and paying $4 extra for mashed potatoes is a bit much. Brought out a slice of rainbow cake with a big sparkler and sang to Mom. Made her day!

First time at this restaurant with wife and family; food was great and service was excellent.

Been here many times. Service good. Ordered a filet mignon and the meat was not that hot, was not juicy or easy to cut. Not a great filet for the price. My husband enjoyed his chicken kabobs with rice and vegetables. The coffee was good and the brownie sundae was good. Overall good

Always heard good things about this place was OK but nothing special. All burgers over cooked and not much taste. I guess I was expecting too much
