yo we came a half an hour before closing nd we knew those workers were tight to make our order šŸ’€ anyways they made it very specific to what we wanted (we left the store by 11:45) very nice staff and had a very funny interaction with them. the workers were very communicative and welcomed us regardless of who we were/when we came. lots of respect for those two. i wish i could make them; unfortunately i didn’t get their name tags. what i will say is that one of the workers owned a honda; he was very pleasant towards us. highly suggest this location compared to anywhere in nassau; lol

The Indians working here prepare pizza without gloves whenever I come there. He smokes a cigarette and then makes pizza without wearing gloves . This is Papa Johns Pizza in Holbrook. There is really no hygiene. very dirty

Do not waste your money by coming to this location. I placed an order in person, the man behind the counter was extremely rude and dismissive, and wasn't listening to me. As a result, he put the order in wrong and gave me two wrong items.

I went back into the store and the manager approached me. I explained the situation and the man who took my order at first came to the counter very agitated, arguing with me and saying I was the one in the wrong. I explained that they were the ones who made a mistake on my order. I asked for my order to be corrected. They told me they would not make the correct order, or refund me for the order they messed up. I had to argue to get my money back. They spoke to me like I was a piece of garbage trying to steal from them.

I was more than happy to wait for the corrected order. I was not looking to get anything for free. I just want my correct order.

I finally got my refund and I walked out. There was no excuse for the way they spoke to me, and I will be sure to warn as many people I can about this location. Horrible customer service. If you hate people and dont want to speak to anyone, food service isn't for you! Treating customers like thieves for asking for a correct order isnt okay!

Absolutely horrendous food. Pizza was cold and bland, tasted like I was gnawing on shoe leather. I don't remember the last time I gagged because of food, but this one certainly brought me close

A quick place to pick up pizza and breadsticks. Did I mention that as far as franchise pizza places go, this is my younger son's favorite.

Ordered food on the papa John app said it would be ready between a certain time went in to get in the guy at the counter was not friendly , rude and said because I didn’t have a confirmation he couldn’t give me the food and said he didn’t have my order … didn’t offer to take my order just walked away. 4/30/2024 8:45pm corporate should deff check the customer service skills on this store - I’ll never come here again

A few weeks ago,my Dad decided to order some papadias for lunch but the dude on the phone told him that he would have to use his debit or credit card. Usually my Dad orders in person and well,from the sound of it;this employee does NOT want to make ANY papadias!

Stay away!! We ordered food to be delivered and asked for the itemized receipt totaling $54.30. The driver never gave it and when we called the store 2 times to ask if they could kindly send it via phone text or email, the manager refused!! This is illegal. It’s needed for reimbursement. We are entitled by law to receive a receipt for purchases. Will be contacting corporate headquarters.

If cash isn’t accepted then DON’T make it an option on mobile.Started eating here while working in TX and OK.Figured I should try it out up here as well.Placed my carry out order, and received a phone call a minute later. An associate was saying that their boss said since I’ve never purchased at the location that cash isn’t acceptable, I need to pay with my card over the phone or my food won’t be made.I said ā€˜if cash isn’t acceptable then you can cancel the order’. The kid said ā€œokayā€ and hung up as I was saying ā€œhave a good dayā€.Went to six or seven different stores in the south and never had this issue.Again, if paying cash is an issue then why is it an option?Definitely going to stick to the ā€œmom and pop’sā€ around here.

The food is Okay. Typical fast food pizza. The problem is the delivery driver. He’s very rude and obnoxious. I’d rather not buy from a store who allows such rudeness. Plus there’s obviously better pizza out there. I’m all for supporting local businesses, but I can’t if you are rude.
