Just had my 1 st of MANY visits to Redefine in Holbrook. The meals are INSANELY DELICIOUS ? NO MORE GIVING UP TASTE for staying healthy & shedding a few lbs. I had the nicest guy help me choose my meals. Can’t wait to go back YUUUUUMMMM !

i have been going to the lave grove location since last march. i'm single guy on a diet,lol! lost 66 lbs so far since last march. eating there food 1 meal a day for lunch (keto) very tasty! and a protien shake for breakfast , what a awsume concept for a single guy thats lazy! lol thankyou!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They sold us expired food dishes, with last weeks date. Super disappointed, as I don't have time to drive back and return it.

Text them in the morning to ask if I could stop by the store to pick up food. They told me yes that they restock the fridge four days a week. When I arrived at the location all the food on display had Best by dates of the day I was there, or earlier. Doesn't seem like very fresh food. Will not be ordering from them ever again
My coworkers and I frequently come in here before work to grab meals. We absolutely love redefine meals and as group fitness instructors, having something quick and healthy makes our lives so much easier. The staff in the Syosset location (only location I've personally been to) are so nice and friendly. I love the steak hibachi meal and find myself constantly going for that one but when I do branch out I always love what I try! 10/10 love this place

This is a great addition to the neighborhood, redefine has a wide variety of fresh ready to heat meals all in the 400-600 calorie range and not too heavy on carbs. Not all are my favorite but they have quite a few good ones. Prices are reasonable for what you get, the meals are small portions, but that's part of the point. When you work remotely, it's great to have a bunch of these meals in the fridge ready to go when you have a break between meetings and calls. Not having to cook and then clean everything up after you eat saves so much time during the work week. You can literally get a quality meal in on a 15 minute break, 2-3 min to heat it up and 10 minutes to eat it, and I'm not hungry, not stuffed, and can get back to work. Serious bodybuilders and fitness dieters spend a lot of time shopping and preparing all their meals for the week. If you don't mind spending around $8 per meal, this is a great time saving alternative to that. You'd spend way more than that ordering out, then waiting, and the food wouldn't be dialed into your diet the way Redifine's is. I'm glad to see the store with a solid flow of traffic and doing well, because I really want this location to stay in business! Keep it up, Redifine, and thanks for opening right down the street from me !

Found these guys while working on the job, and saw one of there X factor trucks drive by. During the corvid craziness these guys have been awesome. I was worried about going to grocery store and in the beginning the shelves had been empty. We been ordering meals weekly since. 10 meals a week. They have been fantastic . Every time , never late on delivery , foods always amazing ! They changed names now , but as far as I can see nothing else has changed , food still comes weekly and myself and my family love it. Saves us 3 meals a week we don't have to cook or figure out what to eat ! Thanks guys keep up the great work! And I'm so happy I found you and can support a local business!
