The owner of this establishment is a pure gentleman with a heart of gold, and it shows in his food. Speaking with him about his years of cooking truly gives you the sense of pride he has in his craft. I had the pleasure of tasting his food when he catered a gathering I was attending. Between the brisket, ribs and chicken, the flavors were amazing. Brisket was cooked perfectly. Ribs were delicious. Just the right amount of BBQ sauce not to over power the meat. Potato salad and Mac and cheese definitely a must have. I can't say enough how good his food is. I will definitely be hiring him for any event I have. Thanks John.

So here it is, every year my husband and I have a turkey fry for Labor Day weekend. and have family and friends over which is a lot of people, it is a great time, but this year we wanted to do something different and surprise everyone.
So we had SMOKE RING BBQ cater our party. THE BEST THING WE EVER DID, They came with this beautiful trailer and parked it in the driveway and set up for the party.
we had the PULL PORK, PULL CHICKEN, SPARE RIBS, SAUAGE AND PEPPERS, PASTRAMI, MAC AND CHESSE POTATO SALAD AND COLE SLAW THEY HAVE MORE BUT THATS WHAT WE PICKED.I cannot tell you how good the food was everyone was going for second and thirds everyone kept telling me it was the best and what a great idea.
John his wife and son are the best to deal with they know what they are doing. I also want to say that the first thing they did was show me the inside of the trailer which was spotless and ask if anyone had food allergies which I have to say I was impressed because no one else I spoke with ever asked that or show me the inside of the trailer,Kudos to you SMOKE RING BBQ I would highly recommend them to anyone

Everything Was Amazing !! We had “The Stack” & Pastrami sandwiches. We ordered the sides and an order of ribs. OMG, the ribs came right off the bone !! The sauce on the ribs was amazingly delicious as were the two sandwiches. The brisket is nothing like I have ever tasted and even the Slaw and the Baked Beans were worthy of bragging about too !! Their food is a new gem on Long Island !! Find them and enjoy the flavors that come out of that trailer !! You will NOT regret it !!
