I was driving from Upstate NY down to NJ. I stopped by this store to get my coffee. I ordered Large Hot Coffee with Almond milk and Butter pecan. I grabbed my coffee and drove off. I tasted my coffee. The milk Is definitely NOT Almond milk and my HOT coffee was COLD. I was utterly disappointed. I felt so unhappy driving until I found me another DD to get another coffee.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I used to get coffee daily from here but today a car hit and ran my vehicle while I was parked. The manager would not allow the police to look at the cameras. They have no problem with you spending your money there but will not help you when you become a victim on their property. Go anywhere else

Unfortunately I frequent this location most mornings. The service is slow. It’s a one woman show- and feedback is regarded as a “customer who always has a problem with something when they come”. There are many customers who expressed dissatisfaction with size deep breaths this can be improved with clear communication and respect for the customers feedback.

I encountered an issue with my recent in-store purchase at your establishment. Despite having made an online order earlier that did not go through due to the store's opening hours, I decided to visit the store and place an order in person.
I ordered two coffees and was aware of the current promotion offering a free donut with each coffee purchase. However, when I requested the two free donuts, the cashier, Jaima, simply asked which donuts I would like without clarifying any conditions or restrictions.
Upon reaching the payment stage, I noticed that the donuts had been added to my bill at their regular price. When I inquired about this discrepancy, Jaima informed me that the promotion was only applicable to online orders. This information was not communicated to me at any point during my interaction with her.
Jaima's demeanor throughout the exchange was notably rude and disrespectful, exhibiting poor communication skills and a lack of customer service orientation. She became visibly upset and angry when I questioned the discrepancy, which resulted in her refunding my money.
I would like to bring this matter to your attention and request that appropriate measures be taken to address the miscommunication regarding the promotion and to ensure that staff members, particularly Jaima, receive adequate training in customer service and effective communication.
