Sam was a like… creepy worker there, the customer service was terrible, he overcharged me for a footlong cookie and I paid 7.69 instead of 5.89. He kept flirting with my friend which was creepy and the footlong cookie wasn’t even warm! Only the outside was warm and the inside was really cold. He was smiling at us in a really creepy way. But he said if I write a good five star review and mention how he was good he would give me a free cookie so all of my friends did it and we got free cookies but it was still kind of creepy. Don’t recommend.

I order from this location from Door Dash. They messed up my order once but the lady was very nice. I called the location and she actually had her son come in his car to bring me the right sandwich even though it was a doordash order. I appreciate that kind of customer service.

Sad ass sandwich, I ordered the titan turkey sandwich which supposed to come with extra meat in the sandwich. Terrible terrible sandwich, my husband spoke with the guy who is behind the counter on Saturday afternoons. He basically told him to go somewhere else and buy the sandwiches if he wasn’t satisfied. Very rude and nasty individual working with the public. I have never had a problem with subways before it’s only this location on Jamaica and Francis Lewis. Subway managers really need to look into who they are hiring cause this worker is really giving subways a bad name. We will never go back to this location, I honestly want my money back that I paid for this sad ass sandwich.
