Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Ordered through DoorDash and when I went to pick up the food, they said they don’t have the certain product and told me that they are canceling the order. Although it was inconvenient, I accepted their apology and left. However, they never really cancelled the order and I had to take it up with DoorDash to cancel. I’ve never seen a restaurant that scams people like this. Worst!

Good chain Mexican restaurant... needs to be remodeled guess that's why it's so dark inside. Very understaffed but they tried.

Came to On the border for some food to go! Was greeted and taken care of by Chris who was very helpful and pleasant! Food was absolutely delicious! I’m happy to say I will be back!

I ordered fajitas and the meat tasted bad, the plate was too small for the price and the service was not the best. It was definitely my first and last time.
