I would not recommend going to this deli. Not one but two workers accused me not telling them what I wanted to eat. I stated clearly to the woman at the counter that I wanted an ham & cheese omelette but the cook gave me an egg sandwich instead. The cook and woman at counter put the blame on me for not giving the right order which is not true. I personally believe the manager needs to reeducate their workers on proper communication skills and not putting blame on the customers.
Best chicken cutlet hero’s hands down, the staff was also very friendly and nice. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

This deli has gone downhill! The sandwiches have very little meat and the meat it has looked like it was sitting out! The bacon was about 2 weeks old!

Nothing like wasting everyone’s time. I placed an order for an easy item it was a salad and a pickle and I went to pick it up in their drive through window that was wide open. I sat there for 10 minutes. That’s a long time. They kept making eye contact and then ignoring me. They answer the phone and can’t even say be right with you. There is nothing on the window that’s wide open but has another pane that doesn’t say not serving at drive through please come in. Nothing. No instead they just ignore you. So no thank you. I won’t be going back. I would rather drive to the 24-hour bagel place in smithtown to get service than go a block over from wheee I live and be actively ignored. They are always hiring for experienced help and yet it seems none of them are experienced in customer service. I am good on ever giving them my money again.
Update:// they did call to apologize which is nice but the people behind the counter weren’t children. It wasn’t their first job and still learning how to provide customer service. They were adults one was mid to late twenties at least and the other one was well into her 50s or so. So I appreciate them explaining it’s busy and they have new people. But anyone at that age has no excuse on not going hmm what should I do in this situation that I would want done if I were in their shoes. I was a training manager for years. So I expect mediocre skill set from kids first learning but they had two grown adults behind the counter that can answer the phone and be polite and come super close to the window to get ice for the cups for customers in front of them. She could have said hey we’re crazy busy it’s best if you park and come in. She didn’t. She is old enough to know better.

This place is owned by a sweetheart of a man,his kitchen guy Darrin is great also .The. Major problem is the help ,Brianna is horrible, along with another women the one that where's her hair up with blond streaks. There rude to the customers and also there own helpers,I have never in my life have come across such offensive. Uneducated people .also Corrine is a sweetheart. But it's sad that this guy has to employe these people he can't find any help he deserves better .Like I said he is a great guy.And he makes great food on that grill.Best of luck Jesse...

The staff was extremely rude
Worst deli I’ve ever been to in my life. Time after time the workers there are rude and nasty. Today I go to the drive through and after 20 minutes waiting outside so I called to let them know I was there, which they’ve told me to do in the past incase I’m outside a while. A nice girl picks up and says “no problem we’re making the food” I say “okay thanks” and hang up. Next thing you know I have this big dude coming outside freaking out how rude I am, everyone’s busy, and that I hung up. First, no idea where that could’ve come from but after all of that he slams the window on me and screaming at me like a child. I’ve never delt with a situation like this in my life and knowing he’s making the food worries me even more because he’s obviously a hot head and mad at the world so who knows what he’s doing to the food. STAY CLEAR AWAY!!!!!!!

My daughter and I found this neighborhood spot while staying in Long Island. We both had turkey sandwiches but everything looked great. The cutlets were home made and I had hoped we would have time to come back for one.
people were real nice. food sucks. i got two RB sandwiches. both sandwiches ended up in the garbage. the RB was thick and tough to the point you couldn’t even eat it. waste for $26 !

I had to spend time to leave a great review. This deli is spot on. Someone greeted me as soon as I entered and my order was taken quickly. Egg sandwiches here are solid and worth it. This is a modern and well run deli. I will be definitely back soon when in the area
