Bob's is our favorite place to eat in the warmer seasons. The food is very good, portions are generous & prices very reasonable.
This place used to have some of the best bbq I have had. It was worth every penny, always consistent and the meat would fall off the bone. The last few years the food has progressively gotten worse and the prices have gotten higher. The meat is almost always over cooked and mediocre at best. The sides are ok, but not great. Not worth the money anymore as you’re paying $18 for a dinner.
The quality and consistency of the food at Bob’s surpasses all others! We travel from Ithaca many times a season to have their bbq chicken macaroni salad potato salad and baked beans!!! We have travelled to Bob’s for 30-40 years!! My parents did business with Munson’s before that to purchase chicken for Steiger’s Meat Market!

Ordering is done cafeteria-style, but the staff brings the food right to the table, where guests can relax among the many picnic tables and enjoy the fabulous macaroni salad in a great setting.
