The pizza was okay. The medium pizzas or 12 inch ones were small for the price $20 each for the Caprese and Meatball pizza. Also paid over the phone and they asked if we wanted to tip. For a Takeout order. The Caprese pizza had decent flavor but the tomatoes and balsamic glaze made it too runny. Meatball pizza was better but was not made well-done as requested. They also didn’t prove a receipt so we could see how much we paid. I’m sure the ingredients they use are fresh from what it seems, but the price for the portion size is a little ridiculous. Takeout and Delivery only.

Pizza is delicious
Cannolis used to be the reason I went here.
They are now tiny, bite sized and extremely over priced. Literally the size of a Tootsie Roll.
If I could give 10 stars, I would have. The entire staff was so welcoming and pleasant. The food?? Well, let me tell you-it was totally PHENOMENAL. The pepperoni knots were soooo scrumptious. Meatballs were excellent as was the chicken Parmesan and the Philly cheese steak.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Haven’t been here since it was updated to Nikki C’s. We were pleasantly surprised with the incredible variety of offerings! Service was excellent! Everything looked delicious, beautifully presented, and all three staff members that helped us were incredibly accommodating for exceptions that we asked for, questions about the items and menu! We ended up taking out because it happened to be a very hot day and too hot for my liking in the restaurant, but that’s really not a big deal for us. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak, which was fabulous and delicious! My husband got a sausage sub I think and he thought it was very good. The bread was better than Wegmans! I ordered a Mediterranean salad maybe it was called a Greek salad. It was the best salad in town, including what I get fancier high priced Italian sit down restaurants. Everything appeared to be homemade on site. We will definitely be going here again. The price was appropriate given this area and the quality of the food. We will definitely be Going here again or at least getting takeout As they offer delivery. Did I say we’re gonna definitely get food from here again?

We drive from Chenango Bridge just for their subs! The meatball and chicken parm subs are absolutely incredible, but honestly, everything we’ve tried has been delicious. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming—we absolutely love this place!!

The pizza was delicious, especially for the area. The sandwiches were also very good, as were the vodka meatballs. The bathroom is a little rough, and the drink selection could be improved upon, but the family owned atmosphere is welcoming and cozy.

The best Italian combo I ever had and I’ve tried the best of the best from the city. This Italian combo and bread was like no other. Just had to replace Italian dressing with oil and vinegar. Awesome work

Good pizza, but their customer service might sliding. Went in for lunch today to grab a couple of quick slices. Stood around waiting while an employee I've never see before was chit chatting with a buddy of his. Basic pizza shop etiquette is to ask what someone wants, get the slices in the oven and then you can go back to chit chatting. This jamoke just kept talking. As I was about to walk out, the girl at the register saw what was going on and came over to help me. What I then realized is that a line 4 deep had formed behind me.
So 5 people waiting for slices while you're talking. At a pizza shop? During lunch rush? Busiest time of day at the quintessential get in/get out establishment. That's just plain bad customer service. I'm hoping this was an isolated incident because their slices are great and the guy who usually serves up the slices is great, as are the register staff. I don't know what was up with this new guy, but he needs to remember why he gets paid. I'm putting service at 3 stars, it's normally 4-5, but today was less than 1.
