Have to say it's wonderful to have them in our little town. Everything there use to be so fresh, donuts tasting like they just made them. But I have noticed the quality of the donuts to go downhill. They must be defrosting or something. They feel hard and icing or glaze is terrible. I like the chocolate glazed and when you receive it. It's not glazed like it should be. Instead feels like it's wet from watered down glaze or it defrosted that way. Yesterday I had the Boston cream. Chocolate just crumbled in my lap, donut seemed 2 days old and hardly any cream.
Glazed donuts, donut seems 2 days old hard and same with the wetness tasting of the glaze on the donut.
It's just not this location the donuts are like this. Many others.

But it seems they are slipping to keep up with the other orders and keeping up with all the other fast food places.
But also the manager training and scheduling at this location is terrible.
The manager needs to think about how active our school is and actually have the calendar of sports event. Because if they scheduled properly, there would never be a back up issue or stressed out employees that are overwhelmed with short staff. They need to know their community activities and plan accordingly!!!
Time to look into your factory packing or go back to making them fresh like grocery stores do!! Our town, people will actually go to the grocery now to get the donuts. 300% better than yours.
Also, the presentation is not there anymore, the personalities at the window are needing too frazzled. I have know friends who work there and will complain about this manager over and over. But I also hear them through the drive thru window arguing about something all the time and the manager.
Service is always hit or miss. Even though it's a drive through, it will get backed up..like any other fast food company. People just need patience or order ahead before arriving and pick up your food without waiting.

All 3 haahbrown orders are barley cooked. They still taste frozen. Why would i go here and order uncooked food that I have to finish cooking at home when I can just stay at home and get the same experience for cheaper.
Edit: I've tried cooking them and I've come to the conclusion that these are freezer burnt!!! This dunkin isn't nearly as busy as others. There is no excuse for this consistently bad quality.

All Dunkin's drive thru's can be hit or miss do to the high turn over with employees. I find most of the employees are nice. They will correct your drinks or orders right there if it's wrong.

Second time I have tried to visit and get a coffee. Both times the door has been locked. No sign on door or any other information on website. I called and the staff who answered was rude. Said the lobby is closed all day.

The staff here does a great job despite ownership doing everything they can to sabotage the business. If you can't hire enough people to properly staff your store, you need to do something to change that. Pay more, cut hours. I like going here but it's a crap shoot, will I wait 5 minutes 10, 20, 30? I've done all.
They didn't cook my food all the way through and the staff was rude and not being respectful to their customers, the food was cold and sloppy and not good

This Dunkin in honeoye falls is so bad there manager is so rude and disrespectful do the customers they don't ever get any of the orders right and when you point out that the orders are wrong they tell the customers that they're in the wrong when the customers are always right I've also had to wait over an hour in the Drive-Thru in an hour taking that is crazy for a place like this it should be fast and you should be getting your food in the place that you came in so the person in front of you should get their stuff first and then the next and so forth and that is not how they do it at this place and it's crazy to me how they work and manage that please cuz it is not well-managed and the people there are very rude and disrespectful I don't care who you are you don't talk to anybody that way

Usually don't have an issue with this Dunkin, but today I was handed a cold brew with barely any cold foam left because I had changed the pickup to "ASAP" just before someone pulled in cutting me off and ordered 8 drinks and a ton of food. Instead of telling them to go around and they'd bring it out, they let all the people who ordered ahead wait for their cold drinks to warm up and their hot drinks to cool down. I sat in line for 20 minutes after placing my ASAP order. Absolutely ridiculous.

This store has gone seriously downhill. I used to come every day if not more. Now I go as a last resort or in hopes it has changed. The drive thru is always backed up and there have been occasions you sit at the box or in line well over 15 minutes even with only a few cars. One day the car in front me ordered and the staff told him I don’t know what that is. The customer explained as it wasn’t anything complicated and the staff said yeah I’m not making that I don’t know how. The customer left and said no problem I will go somewhere else. That day I waited 25 minutes start to finish for a hot coffee with cream. Today I saw the drive thru was backed up as usual so thought I’ll go inside well, mistake number one made. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes as the 2 employees took orders at the drive thru and never acknowledged my existence. There was one other gentleman in there waiting for his order who seemed quite astonished at the wait as well. I don’t know how long he was waiting for his coffee yes that’s it a coffee but he stood there the whole time I was waiting to order. I listened and waited to be acknowledged as the one girl employee yelled at the young man several times about how he was messing up the orders and what he should be doing and not doing which to me the young man was begging for help and her stern and judging nature maybe is part of the reason this place is so in the grave. I would be damned if I worked for anyone who talked to me that way and pretty much barked orders and told me I was a screw up. So I finally got the girl to come take my order and well her customer service to the customer is about as good as it to the poor employees she directing and I’m guessing training. Well 20 later minutes for cold food and coffee that tasted of old gas station coffee. I’m not even sure it would pass as that to be honest. My snacking bacon was definitely just a microwaved hot mess of regular greasy bacon and my coffee danish was about the only thing right in this deplorable establishment. I think the managers need to step in and see what’s actually going on because if this continues I know I am not the only one who will drive the extra few miles to another Dunkin for better service and better quality.

Alexa and the girl with braces was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Me and my girlfriend placed a mobile order and we can came to use the bathroom before we picked up our food. As we walked in they were sarcastically talking about how people should come in and order food instead of placing mobile order. When picked up food, the order was incorrect. Alexa acted like she didn’t want to make us the correct item. Will not be back. Learn customer service. And talk about your customers when they’re not present

It’s pretty sad that the manager Courtney has no respect for her staff and has no clue how to run that store was literally just in there to buy a coffee and I was picking up someone that works there. I stood there waiting for my coffee for 10 minutes before the person who was running the cashier at the window, walked over and said I’m sorry, sir. What are you waiting for, and I told him and he had to make The manager says oh I thought he was just waiting on someone then as I’m sitting there waiting on the person that I’m picking up she’s decides to get very mouthy and loud Threatening right up against someone saying you do what I tell you to do I’m tired of covering people you don’t get to do whatever you wanna do you do what I tell you to do. Well you got wrapped around the building of customers and a lobby full of customers, disciplinary actions in the work environment aren’t supposed to be public to everyone not the first time I’ve heard or witnessed Courtney go off On her staff it’s pretty sad that the atmosphere is always tense negative and nothing ever gets done when she is there but when she’s not there, I see that store running in a positive direction until new leadership is found in that store and she is gone. I refuse to do business and I will take my companies business elsewhere, considering, it’s quite a bit of revenue for that store
