Gone down hill. They don't make fresh pizza. The have pre-made now like little Cesar, dominoes. Flavor is off

One star for the woman laughing at me because I asked why the price was so high on the slice. 9.90$ for a slice that's all I was asking l. I work hard for my money. No reason to laugh.

Pizza is delicious. Three times ago that I ordered it, the entire pizza had obviously been dropped sideways and was wadded up to one side. Small complaint is that unless I call and remind them what I order on line, they continue to pie slice when I asked for square cut. Every time. Ordered pepperoni on whole thing. Only put on half.
16.95 spaghetti portion was so small tonight. Meatballls are tasty but come on.. don’t spare the pasta.
Wings put in a bag sideways and leak sauce over the rest of the meals.
Chicken Parmesan portion was good
I spent a lot of $ tonight and 5.00 “convenience fee” plus. 20% tip of 20.00$
I’m losing faith. Too bad. Food is good tasting. A lot of mistakes that say they don’t try to keep customers happy.

Great place to get a pizza bowl to avoid all the carbs. And reasonably priced.

Definitely would not recommend, I've lived here my whole life and have given them chance after chance, usually my pickup order is wrong or missing items. Today I ordered a wrap, paid for extra meat, when I got home, what I got was like a kiddie size wrap, with virtually no ingredients inside. I guess when you pay for extra meat, it means to them lets give them even les than normal. The entire wrap could be eaten in 5 bites or less, that's how comically small it is. Also ordered chicken parm dinner, the pasta was crunchy hard that came with it and the garlic bread that was supposed to be included was missing, big surprise there! If you'd like your orders wrong, missing or extremely small portions, this place is for you. For me, there's plenty of better options in the area that provide good service, good food with proper portions, and made correctly without items missing.

Pizza is expensive now. More so than other food items. Salvatore's is always good food. I especially enjoy the $10 specials they have. They're calzones are huge, easily confed two people. There is limited seating available, the area is quite small for dining.

Most disrespectful location I’ve ever been to entered in the information to have food delivered and because the computer populated an address and an old phone number when I have an email that says different I get so disrespected told her I can come pick up a pizza that’s almost an hour old But they won’t make me a fresh one and then it’s my fault They said they’ll refund my money but mind you I placed the order at 7:30 and at 10 to 9 I call them asking them what’s going on? They had no intentions of refunding my money unless I called them. This location is by far the worst. I called the neighboring location that stayed open past normal business hours just to make me a fresh pizza and earn my business. This location needs to be shut down. I have had nothing but nightmare problems for years. It’s sickens me to be cursed at by staff members. It’s sickens me that you think that is an appropriate way to talk to a customer and then complain when a customer wants you to do the right thing, but somehow the customer is always wrong at this location. Horrible, horrible horrible do your business somewhere else like the Avon location? Or at the saloon in Scottsville, do not go to this place

I was tremendously hungry and was hoping the pizza would suffice my hunger, well.... It did and more. I felt bad I didn't have cash on hand to give the delivery driver but did call the business to let them know they did a tremendous job that night.. My order was impeccable and definitely hit the spot!! Thank you again!!

I ordered subs. They were decent (good meat portions and other ingredients), but the bread had a very hard crust. The bread was not toasted and it was simply too hard to enjoy. The bread quality was good, but the crust was just too hard.

I've ordered their pizza before and it is decent but nothing amazing.

It is a pizza shop and I ordered takeout, so as far as service and atmosphere I just want to get in and out with my takeout order and they did that.
