I ordered subs. They were decent (good meat portions and other ingredients), but the bread had a very hard crust. The bread was not toasted and it was simply too hard to enjoy. The bread quality was good, but the crust was just too hard.

I've ordered their pizza before and it is decent but nothing amazing.

It is a pizza shop and I ordered takeout, so as far as service and atmosphere I just want to get in and out with my takeout order and they did that.

The giant calzones here are absolutely delicious. The 10 dollar deal on Wednesdays makes it more than worth it. Definitely get the calzones. The store is also in a great location just across from the falls.

Wings are consistently undercooked, chewy and slimy, even when we specifically request extra well done. This is the second time in a row we've had to put them in the air fryer to finish cooking them. With prices so high these days, the very least we should be able to expect is simple cooking instructions to be followed. We'll try again some day, but it won't be any time soon.

Service was fast and friendly, but would have appreciated them getting the order correct. Ordered chicken wings and subs, got home to discover a box of cold chicken tenders and soggy fries. Subs were substandard compared to other local Salvatores locations.

Are used to order through here all the time of $60 or more auto suddenly now they will no longer deliver to my trailer park because someone else screwed it up now they won’t take any orders from my trailer park. I am done using this company I’ve always paid, and I’ve never had a problem, but now all suddenly we can no longer order from them

We've been customers here for many years and rarely have we had an issue come up. Tonight we ordered the fish fry pizza and it came without any fish on it. When my son called to let them know, the guy who answered insisted there was fish on it, "100%". Well he was 100% wrong.
In addition, part of the other pizza was lacking cheese or sauce, although it might have been hard to tell because of where it was burnt. Overall it was really disappointing.

Consistently good food with speedy delivery and a wide selection of menu items. It might just be the best Salvatore's location in the Rochester area. The dining room isn't quite as big as other locations, but it doesn't deter from the quality of food.

Got a pepperoni sheet pizza for dinner and the first slice I took had a long brown hair baked right into the cheese.
