I ordered last night and there was a mix up on one of the items, the owner or manager made it right and got it out to us quickly. The food was great and their customer service was excellent. Thank you all at Top Shelf for being the best in town.
I hate to complain and I understand it was New Year’s Eve and very, very busy, but, when you’re using the fryers with that kind of intensity, I think you should be having the employees change the oil more often. My wings had a very greasy nasty flavor to them, which has never happened to me before at Top Shelf.
We were staying down the road at an AIRBNB for a weekend and were told to get pizza from top shelf it's the best in the area, which we were hoping was true. I ordered a large cheese, pepperoni and hot pepper pizza which was moderately priced., on Sept 23rd at 7:30 p.m. There was a girl cooking the pizza's and it smelled great when I walked into get my pizza.
