Don’t really have much patience for coffee shops that make drinks with sour milk. Would have returned but was just stopping in mid road trip and already back on the road before realizing. Undrinkable. So gross.
Stay a couple times a year at a nearby AirBnb, and Iron Coffee Co is a key part of the Hoosick experience every time. I love coming to work here in the mornings. For those who like strong / bold espresso drinks, I highly recommend both the iced latte and the iced cappuccino—one of the best iced lattes I’ve had anywhere.
Awesome little place. Great vibe, excellent food. Best avacado toast ever. Sourdough bread is amazing. Breakfast sandwiches are spot on. Staff is friendly and cheerful. Loved all the plants and my kids had fun finding all the anvils around. 10 out of 10 experience!
