Hoosick Falls is a little out of the way, but this place was open on a Monday night, so we decided to finally check it out. Wow! So glad we did. I have never had such delicious flounder. It was melt-in-your mouth yummy. My daughter's salmon was great too, and we don't know what they are doing to those veggies, but they were absolutely scrumptious.
