Very cool place. Friendly , fast service, and the food is delicious. It's a local hometown bar. Great prices, and they have a pool table if you should watch to take on the challenge. Casual atmosphere. Everything we ordered was delicious. We will be back again.
Bar where everybody knows your name. Locals come to play volleyball in one of two courts for the purpose in sand pits (thus the bar’s name). Clean bathroom and friendly bartender. Food is good and fairly priced. In July 2023 the Rensselaer County Libertarian Party hosted Larry Sharpe at this location.
One of the best burgers I’ve ever had and the chicken wings are like “forget about it “good ! The service is great and the prices are more than fair . Great draft beer selection as well !
