ordered a sub and large taco salad friday evening to go. the young man working put both in a plastic grocery bag. at home i lifted the salad out of the bag and the container was not snapped closed. the salad fell out of the container onto my living room carpet. i was still holding the container. i called and told the kid what happened and that i wanted it replaced. he said he didnt have the authority to replace it. i told him i didnt drop it, the salad fell out of the container...read full review
