Most of the time service is good, but tonight my order came a 1/2 hour late and was delivered to the wrong place. I called and they said they were on there way , they are only 5min away. And showed up 20min after the call and no apology. I was very disappointed in them tonight.

$40 down the drain like it was chasing my hopes and dreams. Ordered a crispy chicken salad — got a sad lettuce pile with zero sauce, no toppings, and what I can only describe as cheese lava draped across it like it lost a bet.
The “boneless wings” were so dry I thought they came from a desert. Flavor? Slightly mild oil. Honestly, if bland had a baby with disappointment, this would be it.
Pizza? Ice. Cold. I’ve had warmer hugs from my ex.
Asked the young girl at the counter for sauce — she nodded like she understood the mission, then proceeded to ghost my request like an ex after rent was due.
Asked for plasticware. Got nothing. Had to eat my meal with a receipt and a prayer.
0. Would only recommend if you’re looking to prank yourself or cry into a napkin you also didn’t get. (Not the first time having these issues)

Let me start off by saying Their service was great! Went for lunch last week and got subs not much meat on them. Only 3 pieces of ham!? The subs are mainly filled with lettuce 🥬 Went again a few days later we got calzones there again not much meat. ham calzone had very tiny pieces of chopped up ham and not much of it! Chicken wing calzone is very fine shredded chicken and again not much of it! At first I thought they forgot to put chicken in it.

Not what it used to be. Pizza tasteless and sat in the warmer way too long!! Different dough?, sauce? different ovens? Something isn’t the same!!! Used to be my #1 place for pizza!!! Subs aren’t as good either…the toaster barely toast them…different rolls? Beef? Just disappointing!!

Giovanni’s was always are go to place for pizza but tonight was very disappointing, ordered a medium garlic pizza and also medium pepperoni pizza, half of the pizza on both was a huge crust, was very disappointed! it was like ordering a crust with little toppings ?
I always stop by here for something good to eat, and l really like the prices.

My husband my sister and I were coming back from a funeral in Fillmore, and stopped at a convenient store in Hornell and asked where there was a good sit down restaurant. We were very pleased that they sent us to Texas Cafe. We had great service and awesome food. We will definitely return.
