I actually went through the drive thru and the young man that took my order and handed me my meal was super sweet.Parking: There is plenty of parking, although a lot of it is on the other side and behind the building. You wouldn't really know it unless you use the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: Kids love it there because they have a play area for them.Wheelchair accessibility: Other than the doors being very heavy and having to go through 2 sets of them to enter and exit the building, EVERYTHING else is very well equipped for wheelchair users.

Bought a steak egg and cheese bagel, and it had a sausage patty on it instead. There is a significant price difference between the two.
Horrible.. sure don't taste like they did from the past, not sure what they use for burger but it's terrible tasting surely won't be back

This is by far the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. Never in my life have I been to a fast food restaurant with a 30 minute wait time in the drive-thru. After living in this town for 2 years I have learned that you do not stop at this McDonald's unless you have a solid hour to kill. And if that was the case, why would you get fast food at all when you could go to a sit down restaurant and get better and faster service, for a comparable price? I don't know if it's staffed by the inbred folks from the surrounding hills, or the multitude of crackheads in Hornell, but to be this consistently terrible over a period of years is absolutely mind-boggling. I know that Mcdonalds corporation provides all of the proper equipment to efficiently run a high-volume kitchen, so the fact that this staff can't put out orders in a timely manner (like EVER) just really goes to show that the management in this location is absolutely moronic and utterly incompetent
