This is by far the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. Never in my life have I been to a fast food restaurant with a 30 minute wait time in the drive-thru. After living in this town for 2 years I have learned that you do not stop at this McDonald's unless you have a solid hour to kill. And if that was the case, why would you get fast food at all when you could go to a sit down restaurant and get better and faster service, for a comparable price? Dear manager. I sat in drive-through lane for 20 minutes. Just figured you were having a busy day. Then I get to window to pay and two young girls and a gentleman just standing there talking and laughing. I had to ask them to take my money. Not very professional I must say.
I ordered breakfast through the app well before the time cut off. My account was charged. I got to the store waited in an incredibly long line and by the time I reached the window they proceeded to tell me that they couldn't complete my order because it was past breakfast time. Wouldn't even give me the coffee for $0.99. I asked them to cancel my order so I could redo one in the app for $0.99. because I couldn't they finally gave me my coffee but no food.
