When it's good, it's great. When it's bad, you'll be waiting for a while. It's frustrating when you can see your items just out of reach because they aren't put on the pickup counter. I do mobile ordering mostly since I'm nervous to talk to people, and I still have to talk and ask for my drink. Behind the counter is chaotic at best, there's no sense of flow. I'm going to give 2 stars because it's not the drive-thru order taker's fault about wait time being super long and being short on supplies. When I requested 2 more suger packets and a stirrer apparently none could be found because I had to wait long again while taker search for some. I simply drove away when taker didn't return to window. Management this is your fault for not monitoring supplies and allowing yourself to be short staffed.
