Rude, nasty, time consuming, super slow staff!! They keep the temperature up in the freezers so it’s easier for them to scoop and you get warm ice cream. We have been there twice and both times it was not busy all but all the workers were rude and unprofessional. I promise I will not be back nor with my family. I will tell everyone who asks how horrible this place is.

Not many flavors and the lady Brandy that works there is always so rude. My neighbor told me how rude they were too

Used to get there chocolate peanut butter banana milkshakes with REAL banana I went today and they apparently do not put banana in there milkshakes! Not pleased at all..

I used to come here a lot but their prices have cranked up so far, not to mention you could never get in and out of there in a timely fashion. The drive-thru itself is impossible when there's more than two cars, just not a fan of coming here anymore.

Terrible service, got three milk shakes 2 large one medium and they made the one the wrong size asked if they could fix it and told me have to pay more to fix it that's not how you run a business
