I wouldn't even give it one star if it weren't google making you at least do that. There's only 2 good employees that work there. The owner, rude, disrespectful, doesn't care bout anyone bout herself and 100% does not take pride in her business and care bout providing a good product. The soft ice cream is terrible, 99% of the time there milkshakes are just like drinking milk, and there prices are wayyyyy overboard for the worst ice cream ive had. Never used to be like this but this place is just absolutely getting worse and isnt worth going to. Its only got 4 stars bc theres not enough recent reviews!

Rude, nasty, time consuming, super slow staff!! They keep the temperature up in the freezers so it’s easier for them to scoop and you get warm ice cream. We have been there twice and both times it was not busy all but all the workers were rude and unprofessional. I promise I will not be back nor with my family. I will tell everyone who asks how horrible this place is.

Used to get there chocolate peanut butter banana milkshakes with REAL banana I went today and they apparently do not put banana in there milkshakes! Not pleased at all..

I used to come here a lot but their prices have cranked up so far, not to mention you could never get in and out of there in a timely fashion. The drive-thru itself is impossible when there's more than two cars, just not a fan of coming here anymore.
A small sundae is 6.00 other places, but scoop charges 9.00 for a small.
