Wings were good, they have a great selection of options for sauce or seasoning. The salt and vinegar were my favorite. Our waiter was awesome and very friendly. The only slight issue we had was that the employee who led us to our table did not acknowledge us at all and threw our menus onto the table and kept walking without a word... Other than that it was a good experience.

We arrived late afternoon and placed an order for wings, boneless wings, and fries. The food took fifty minutes to arrive after we ordered. The place was a quarter full and several tables that were seated after us were served before we were. The food was okay, but nothing special.
I decided to give dine-in one more try after two years. Take-out was hit or miss (mostly miss, see below) but I'd never had a bad dine-in experience at any BWW before. Well, the wings were at most 70% of the size they used to be, feathers were still on some of them, and half of them were not fully warm. Definitely never coming here again.-------Original review (2021):This place has screwed up my takeout order countless times; how difficult is it to put SAUCE ON THE SIDE especially when I doubly emphasise it when placing the order? The final straw came when I placed two orders with sauce on the side, one order had the sauce on the wings and the other had... no sauce. They said they'd comp it with a gift card, which was never received. Haven't eaten there again, and won't.

Was told we’d have to wait 10 minutes while a table could be cleaned but- there were about 7 empty tables! Waited 5 minutes to be seated. Found a hair in “small” wings! The waitress set our drinks on the table and walked away!Bad customer service!
