I had the most amazing experience at Outback Steakhouse in Horseheads NY. When I first arrived I noticed how friendly the hosts are and was sat down immediately. My server Jamie was absolutely the best server I've ever had! It was very busy and she made sure I received prompt and friendly service. My Strip steak came out cooked to perfection along with my sides! I could not be happier! Thanks Outback Horseheads!!!!

She didn’t just catch the attention of the older adults, but she also completely won over the two 21-year-olds with her exceptional customer service. They even complimented her at the end of dinner. It’s rare to see someone who can connect with everyone so effortlessly, and she made our night that much more enjoyable.
