Everytime I go here these people are too incompetent to make anything correctly. I'd rather give my money to Starbucks, at least its made right or I get ALL of my order. The chambers road location needs to close down. Its horrible

Rude people running this branch. And very dirty store. Recommend any other Dunkin in Elmira are but unfortunately not this one ☹️
