I feel very sad writing this review because I’ve been a lover of Rico’s for many years. But the past few months has been a huge disappointment with the quality of the food. I’m not sure if it’s under new management? But every pizza the last 3 months has had those huge bread bubbles all over. Nobody wants those. I eat around those which means more than half the pizza is left uneaten. This rarely used to happen. The delivery boys are always very sweet & friendly! But tonight my pizza was made wrong. They gave me a small thick crust pizza when it’s supposed to be thin crust. Yes I ate 2 slices but I’m a thin slice person. I wondered if they maybe defaulted small pizzas now to thick crust but the boy who answered the phone told me no that’s how the thin crust is made. I said oh that’s interesting because I’ve been getting it for years and it always came thin crust never thick. He tried to blame the extra cheese? Again I’ve order the same kind of small pizza for over 10 years lol sooo…he was kind on phone but I wasn’t offered a refund or coupon even though their menu states they give refunds if your order wasn’t up to par. I won’t be going to this establishment anymore or recommending it. I live next door to Picnic Pizza so I guess that’s who I will give my business too for actual thin crust non bubble pizza.

Pizza was burned on the bottom pretty bad. My son said his piece didn’t taste right so I flipped it over and it was torched. Needless to say we made something else for dinner. I despise trying to order food in this area.

I love ricos pizza but the last few months I have stayed away because the quality of pizza is very underwhelming. I went back in today to give it another try. One piece of cheese pizza and one garlic. The cheese piece was so under cooked that when I picked it up to eat, the center of the dough collapsed. It was so under cooked on the bottom that it tasted really bad. The garlic piece was no better and also under cooked. Every time I go into ricos I get a different version of their pizza even though I order the same two kinds. It's either undercooked or has too much cheese or is burned and has no sauce or has too much sauce and not enough cheese. When the recipe is followed, the pizza comes out beautifully and is delicious. But the inconsistency in quality of pizza has really become an issue. The pizza I received today, I ate two bites and threw the rest away. I expect to be able to eat the pizza I paid for but I guess that won't happen this time around.

Got a small pizza here, worst pizza around. All uncooked dough, no sauce, half cheese in the middle. Establishment was totally empty on a Friday night but it took 30-40 minutes to make this monstrosity. Sadly disappointed for 13 dollars I wouldn't eat it for free.

Food was good. All three girls working are very very unprofessional. The blonde manager was on her phone, laughing with the other employees... she also had a sweater on.. that my pizza dough was touching as she was stretching it.. she put her phone down on the pizza tray... I've worked food service for a long time.. very unprofessional.. if I would have had another pizza option.. well group food option.. I would have went elsewhere.

I went to the Rico’s in the Arnot mall and I didn’t even wind up getting food. There was a blonde girl with tattoos and long hair that was not have it tied up and I could see dead pieces of hair hanging down past the rest. I couldn’t bring myself to order food knowing that there might be someone else’s hair in my food. I’ve worked in this mall for several years and to see the way this location has gone down hill is just sad.

I would like to give them 5 stars because their food is great but I'm unsure if this asian guy at the horseheads location is the new owner or not but wow! The rudeness is unreal. He really needs help in the customer service area. On two occassions he was very rude one time to me and the other to my wife. We have since started going to picnic pizza not as good but they are very pleasent.
Much better pizza places in the area besides this one. The mall location is even worse, would give zero stars to them due to poor customer service and employees not washing hands or wearing gloves.
